Challenge Scoping

Before every Corporathon comes the question of which challenge is viable. The skill checks benefit, data availability, contacts and feasibility within the time window, and names disqualifying reasons early rather than late.

Describe the idea. The skill delivers a challenge briefing with risks and a recommendation on whether the idea fits a two-day window.
