AI certificate with real hands-on evidence
An AI certificate that stands at the end of real work, not the start, with a prototype as evidence and a link to Article 4 of the EU AI Act.
Book a Discovery Call
Most AI certificates prove attendance. Ours proves work. Your team builds a working prototype with real company data in a facilitated sprint, and that prototype is exactly the evidence behind the certificate. That gives HR a document that survives scrutiny, because it is tied to a tangible result. We plan scope, challenges, roles, data, tool access and schedule together so your format can be ready to start within a week.
An AI certificate is a confirmation of a completed AI qualification. At Corporathon, a self-built prototype and a documented competence measure stand behind the certificate, so it carries real hands-on evidence instead of just confirming attendance. It is not an official certificate within the meaning of the EU AI Act.
The problem a real certificate solves
A certificate is supposed to prove something. Most only prove that someone was in the room. For HR and leadership, that creates four problems a nice PDF does not solve.
- The evidence does not survive scrutiny. If someone asks what the person can now do, there is no answer beyond "attended".
- No visible transfer. Without an artefact, it stays open whether the certificate changes anything in daily work.
- No link to the EU AI Act. An attendance paper does not document a practical competence measure that could contribute to Article 4.
- No value for the person. A certificate without skill behind it helps neither in the next project nor on a CV.
Corporathon reverses this. The certificate emerges at the end of real work, and the prototype is the proof you can show.
What stands behind the certificate, specifically
This is not an exam seminar. It is a guided work sprint for business teams who cannot code and do not need to. Participants work with Cursor, Lovable, n8n, Gamma, Figma Make, Claude Code and custom GPTs on their own data. The certificate is the last step, not the first.
The path there has four building blocks that build on each other:
- 1Challenge scoping. Each group gets a real, tightly scoped use case with a named user and a desired output, for example "turn 40 weekly proposal PDFs automatically into a comparison table".
- 2Tool workshop. Each group learns exactly the tools its case needs.
- 3Build phase. The teams build with guidance. We sit alongside, unblock issues and show the next step.
- 4Evidence and certificate. Each team shows its result, documents its approach and prototype, and from that the certificate emerges with hands-on evidence attached per participant.
Benefits and goals
The goal is a certificate that survives scrutiny.
- A document with provable hands-on evidence, not just a confirmation.
- A working artefact that belongs to you and carries the evidence.
- A documented AI competence measure as a building block for Article 4 of the EU AI Act.
- A certificate that has real value for the person, on a CV and in the next project.
Who it fits, and who it does not
| Good fit when | Not the best fit when |
|---|---|
| HR needs a certificate with provable skill | a plain attendance confirmation is enough |
| there is a real use case on which the evidence emerges | only a paper without a practical basis is wanted |
| data and tool access can generally be approved | real data must never be touched for legal reasons under any circumstances |
| the certificate should document a competence measure for the EU AI Act | an officially recognised examination certificate is required, which we do not issue |
Services and deliverables
- Upfront scoping with challenge scope per group.
- A curated tool stack per challenge, including access.
- A facilitated build sprint with guidance throughout.
- At least one working prototype per team as the basis for evidence.
- A handoff document per prototype with owner, access, open risks and next step.
- An AI certificate per participant with hands-on evidence and a documented competence measure attached.

- Ideal for: up to 10 participants, a team that needs provable evidence quickly.
- Your investment: on request.
Ignite (recommended)
- What you get: 2 days, several challenges in parallel, several prototypes, certificates per participant, a broader base of evidence.
- You work with: several facilitators, a curated stack per challenge.
- Ideal for: 10 to 15 participants, a department that needs provable competence for several processes.
- Your investment: on request.
Blaze
- What you get: 3 to 5 days, several teams, deeper prototypes, certificates with a clear implementation path.
- You work with: a facilitator team, the full tool stack, an optional link to an implementation sprint.
- Ideal for: 15+ participants, several departments with a company-wide need for evidence.
- Your investment: on request.
Teams from Adobe, YOYABA, Onventis and NavVis have worked with us. Prices on request for now; the scope depends on team size, number of challenges and depth of handoff.
AI certificate vs. a plain attendance certificate
| Criterion | Plain attendance certificate | Corporathon AI certificate |
|---|---|---|
| What it proves | attendance | a completed qualification plus hands-on evidence |
| Evidence behind it | none | a self-built prototype |
| Value for the person | low | provable skill for a project and a CV |
| Link to the EU AI Act | none | a documented competence measure for Article 4 |
| Survives scrutiny | does not survive scrutiny | tied to a tangible result |
| Time to issue | at the end of the course | at the end of a week, with an artefact |
The table compares types of evidence, not providers, and deliberately contains no invented percentages.
How the evidence can pay off (a model, not a customer figure)
The value of a real certificate shows when HR has to prove a competence and the evidence holds up instead of falling apart under scrutiny. A simple model: weigh the time HR currently spends per employee researching evidence and answering follow-up questions against evidence that holds up from the start. On the impact side stands the prototype. If a recurring task costs two hours per person per week and a prototype takes off half of that, that is one hour per person. At a rate of 60 euros and twelve people, that is 1 × 60 × 45 × 12, so 32,400 euros a year in freed-up capacity behind the certificate. We do the real calculation in the discovery call.

Social proof
Teams from Adobe, YOYABA, Onventis and NavVis have worked with us. We show their names and logos as references and, where approved, workshop photos and public feedback. We deliberately publish concrete figures only once the source, method and period are documented and approved. Everything at /en/case-studies.

Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions that come up most before booking.
No. It is a certificate that Corporathon issues, with a self-built prototype as hands-on evidence behind it. It is not a state examination certificate, but it can document a competence measure.
Real work stands behind our certificate, namely a prototype the team built itself. A plain attendance certificate only proves presence and does not survive scrutiny.
Yes. Everyone receives a certificate with hands-on evidence attached. The shared prototype is the basis; individual documentation is added per participant.
No. Business teams build with AI tools without classic programming. We choose the stack so the challenge is solvable without prior knowledge.
We clarify data access and limits with your IT and data protection team before the start. Only what is approved gets used, and the limits are documented.
It can document a practical AI competence measure and so contribute to Article 4. It is not an official certificate and does not guarantee automatic compliance. The company must assess adequacy by role and risk.
