AI in HR, a 2-day upskilling programme
This programme brings AI tools into HR processes, from job postings through selection and onboarding to your own learning paths. On day two, a real HR use case emerges, with the Corporathon certificate.
Book a Discovery CallWho it is for
HR and recruiting staff who want to build AI tools into existing HR processes. HR business partners and recruiting teams can take part together.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of your own HR processes. No programming skills are required; familiarity with the applicant tracking system you use helps.
The learning path
Day 1 works on the front end of the process, from the job posting to selection, day 2 on the back end, from onboarding to learning paths, and brings both together in your own HR use case. Rules and co-determination run through both days.
Learning goals
- Draft and review job postings with AI support
- Critically accompany selection decisions instead of letting them be made automatically
- Build onboarding materials and learning paths with AI tools
- Set rules for using AI in HR processes
- Place works council co-determination for AI-supported HR decisions
- Observe data protection for applicant and employee data
Variants
This programme comes in two variants: a compact day to get started, or the full 2-day version with a certificate.

| Full programme | 2 days | EUR 1,500 per person | Job postings and selection, onboarding and learning paths, your own HR case, with a graded capstone task | anyone who wants to improve a real HR process and present it with clear rules |

Trainer
Tim Jamboula runs the programme himself and brings experience from his own HR projects using AI tools. During the exercises, he actively points out places where selection decisions need particularly careful review.
Certificate
On the second day, every participant presents their own HR use case: a process from recruiting, onboarding or training, improved with the programme's tools and with clear rules for its use. After passing the capstone task, everyone receives the Corporathon certificate. The trainer gives a short verbal assessment of the presentation, not a grade. The compact variant ends with a certificate of attendance, without your own HR case and without the certificate.
Price
Compact day: EUR 750 per person. Full programme (2 days): EUR 1,500 per person, EUR 750 per person and day. In-house groups receive a quote on request for either variant. No VAT is charged under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (small business scheme).
Format and organisation
The programme runs in-house at your site or live online, in German, in English on request. A group has up to 12 participants per trainer. Booking runs through a discovery call, where we clarify schedule, dates and open questions.

Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions that come up most before booking.
No. Selection decisions remain the responsibility of the people in charge at the company and must be reviewed; AI tools at most provide suggestions.
Using AI in HR processes can be subject to co-determination. We point this out in the course; the concrete review with the works council and legal advice remains the company's responsibility.
No. For binding legal assessment of individual cases, qualified counsel is needed.
No. We work with anonymised or example cases; real applicant data stays out of it.
No, the programme shows how you use AI tools within existing processes, not how to choose or evaluate software vendors.
Yes, day 1 leans closer to recruiting, day 2 closer to onboarding and learning paths; both roles benefit from both days.
For a first impression, the compact day is enough. Anyone who wants to work on their own HR case and earn the Corporathon certificate needs both days with the capstone task.
